There are literally hundreds and hundreds of biblical references that you can be directed to. We have only put a handful here for a brief reading selection. Perhaps you'd like to read your Bible and ask God some questions. If you really listen to Him, He may just very well answer some of those deep questions you are wondering about but are really scared to ask.
There is really no checklist here to go over one item at a time. Instead, take a close personal inventory of your heart and life and let your “God”, “Higher Power” or whomever guides you spiritually lead you through your personal battles.
The only way we can offer answers is to tell you where the answers are in the Bible.
II Timothy 1:7 – For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Psalm 56:11 – In God I have put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.
John 14:27 – Peace I leave with you: my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world would give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Romans 10:17 – Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the Word of Christ.
Mark11:22-24 – Jesus said, “Have faith in God.” “Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “be taken up and cast into the sea,” and does not doubt in their heart, but believes what they say will come to pass, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
Psalm 18:30 – As for God, his way is perfect. The promise of the Lord proves true: he is a shield for all those who take refuge in him.
Jeremiah 30:17 – For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, says the Lord.
James 5:14-15 – Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church: and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him
Matthew 7:7-8 – Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks the door will be opened.
John 14:1 – Let not your heart be troubled: You believe in God, believe also in me.
I Peter 5:7 - Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Romans 8:28 – And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.
Isaiah 55:8-9 – For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Romans 8:28 – And we know that all things work together for those who love the Lord, to those who are called according to his purpose.
I Peter 4:12-13 – But rejoice inasmuch as you are partakers of Christ’s sufferings that when his glory shall be revealed you may be glad also with exceeding joy.
